• Applying the regulations and terms for the teaching staff mandate to the foreign and Arab universities.
• Receiving and analyzing the teaching staff requests for mandate and making sure from the contract and its notarization.
• Receiving the faculties’ councils’ decisions concerning short scientific mandates and scientific missions.
• Ending the scientific missions and mandates after returning the teaching staff to the faculty.
• Keeping teaching staff information and handing it out to the department of administrative affairs at the university.
• Carrying out the decisions of post- graduate studies and researches council concerning mandates, short scientific leaves and missions of the teaching staff.
• Preparing annual statistics for each faculty mandates according to the scientific degree and the division of males and females.
