- The Administration of the Affairs of the Faculty Libraries
Main tasks:
- following-up Libraries by introducing information services for the beneficiary community.
- Studying the regulations of classifying the libraries and deciding the system which the acquisition should follow.
- Following-up new regulations in the indexing.
- Helping the libraries of the faculties in revising and organizing indexes.
- Identifying libraries needs and preparing a budget.
- Making a system for the internal work regulations in the libraries and monitoring their applications.
- Suggesting training for libraries' workers.
- Following-up, continuously monitoring and reporting obstacles that face the workers and trying to solve them.
- Participating in making the strategy of exchanging and contributing.
