  • Following-up new regulations in the indexing.
  • Helping the libraries of the faculties in revising and organizing indexes.
  • Identifying libraries needs and preparing a budget.
  • Making a system for the internal work regulations in the libraries and monitoring their applications.
  • Suggesting training for libraries' workers.
  • Following-up, continuously monitoring and reporting obstacles that face the workers and trying to solve them.
  • Participating in making the strategy of exchanging and contributing.
